[edit] Early life

Kajal was born on 19 June 1985 in Mumbai, India. She finished her studies in Mumbai. She started her modeling career while she was in college.[3]

[edit] Film career

Kajal made her acting debut in the 2004 Hindi film Kyun… Ho Gaya Na!, in which she enacted a minor supporting role as the friend of Diya, the film’s lead, played by Aishwarya Rai. She got her next acting offer only 3 years later, which was veteran Tamil director Bhrathiraja’s Bommalattam. The film, however, got delayed and released only in late 2008.
In the meantime, she made her debut in the Telugu film industry and played her first leading role in Teja’s Lakshmi Kalyanam alongside Kalyan Ram, which did not do well at the box office. Later that year, she appeared in the Krishna Vamsi-directed film Chandamama, which became her first major successul film.
In 2008, she had her first Tamil-language film release, which was Perarasu’s action entertainer Pazhani co-starring Bharath. Following this film, she had two more Tamil releases that year with Venkat Prabhu’s comedy-thriller Saroja, in which she did a guest appearance, and finally Bharathiraja’s investigative thriller Bommalattam. Although the former went on to become a commercial as well as a critical success, both films failed to boost her career as her roles were too insignificant. Both her Telugu releases that year, Pourudu and Aatadista opposite Sumanth and Nitin, respectively, neither received positive reviews nor were successul at the box office.
In 2009 she had four releases, three of which were in Telugu. Her only Tamil film that year, which was Saran’s Modhi Vilayadu, released first and garnered mixed reviews but poor box office returns. Next, she starred in Magadheera, in which she essayed double roles for the first time. The film received universal critical acclaim as did the lead actors.
Kajal, particularly, was praised for her portrayal of a princess, Yuvarani Mithravindha, in the film. The film was also commercially successful and broke several records, emerging as the highest-grossing Telugu film and as one of the biggest box office hits in India. Following Magadheera’s phenomenal success, Kajal became one of the most sought-after actresses in the Telugu film industry, catapulting her into the main foray of lead Telugu actresses.

shakila hot story

Suspense over Shakila's man in life is finally over.  The secret was revealed by the actress herself and incessant guessing about who is going to tie the knot can be finally put to rest.  He is P G Sathish from Avadi, a functionary in Vijayakanth’s DMDK. He is also a small time film financier and realtor.
Talking to reporters recently, Shakila said she is in love with an entrepreneur and that she will marry him in June. She however refused to reveal further details saying that she had to get his fiance’s permission for that.

Shakila, who is in her early thirties, is currently acting in three Tamil films, ‘Maanja Velu’, ‘Thottu Par’ and ‘Payanangal Thodarum’. She has acted in more than 100 Malayalam movies, with most of them turning ‘crowd pullers’.
